Description
"Hooray for Dora! She never gives up." Especially when her best friend, Boots, has eaten a bewitched banana and been transformed into Sleeping Boots by a wicked witch (voiced by Chita Rivera). Now, Dora must complete a series of challenging tasks to become a real princess and break the spell. This Very Special Dora transports viewers to Fairytale Land, home to some familiar storybook characters (including the Three Little Pigs and the Seven Dwarfs). With the help of Map, Backpack, and reinforcement from viewers at home, Dora retrieves a magical red ring hidden in a dragon's cave, teaches a Giant's rocks to sing, turns winter into spring, and brings the moon to the Queen and King. Along the way, she is rewarded for acts of kindness with special items (such as a magic music box and a bag of sunshine) that will come in handy down the road. With its lively interactive songs, this is one of Dora's finest hours.
